1 single minute, to find out.
If your goal is to find peace,
don't wait that circumstances will change.
Face them as if you didn't have any point to make.
Nothing to defend anymore.
Nothing to resist to.
The mind seeks busyness.
To be where you are not.
Peace is presence.
Presence is experiencing every moment as complete.
Can you sit comfortably on your preferred chair and close your eyes for 1 single minute without having thoughts?
No?
See... you are sitting comfortably... nothing is really happening...
and yet, where are you?
Can you be the seating, breathing and aware presence without being pulled and pushed by thoughts?
No longer needing to control thoughts...
But, simply, not being controlled by them.
