If you're a fully functional body in a routine that no longer satisfies you, these are two insights that might just give you back your spark:
1. it is not what you do or don't that is the cause of your state of mind.
But, it is your state of mind that is at the root of your misery.
2. It is not a new mindset that will shift the state of your mind, but a complete freedom from any "set" that will allow you to live every moment as complete.
Does that resonate?
Investigate what's keeping you stuck, and see how that is a defense system that it feels as "you" and that is suffering only to prevent pain.
Once pain is accepted as an inevitable happening, freedom emerges from the ashes of fear.
Your spark belongs to no-one, no-thing, nothing.
You are pure freedom.
