You can be free from burnout if only...
...you could see how illusory the reality you are inflicting on yourself is.
I know it's easier said than done, and at first it may sound disrespectful,
but if you feel attracted to investigate about your deep nature,
where there is harmony, silence and peace,
you'll be able to see what keeps you identifying with the narrative that occupies that space.
And once you see it, a deep realization will dawn on you, that you are that which sees, NOT what is seen, thought, believed.
The narrative, will continue to operate, only this time you know it, and you won't fall for it.
There, you are free.
