We either see the bug or see from the bug's eyes.
In other words,
we understand others to the extent we understand ourselves.
Bring awareness to your expectations
identify their source
see the bug
be free.
And if others continue to have issues with you?
If you've done with the above
you'll let them deal with their expectations
and if they don't
you know that you are being watched by their bug's eyes.
They don't know what you know.
Allow them to be where they are.
It's their job to do, and their freedom that is at stake.
Not yours.
Compassion unfolds when you see your own bug.
Need a hand to explore your ways to freedom?
