Going to the theater won't help you relieve your itchy back.
If you want to feel the wind on your face and smell the sea,
you have to expose yourself to
experiencing it.
Or
you can continue to entertain yourself with the idea of wanting to feel the wind.
But, if you were absolutely sure that
after the pain of exposing yourself to the world,
you'd be able to feel, breath and deal with your
- personal goals
- job's pressing demands
- responsibilities as a parent and spouse
with a renewed sense of freedom and the joy to be fully present to experience the experiencing...
would you risk finding out that
your fear of exposing yourself to the world is what is keeping you stuck, suffering?
If you are serious about fixing your itchy back, stop going to the theatre.
